Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Set Up Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring every part meets exact drawings. You will perform changeovers, document quality checks, and work closely with teammates to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include interpreting G-code, applying offsets, and maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to perform visual inspection with a microscope on small parts; attention to detail.
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas a plus.
• Self-starter capable of working with little supervision; well organized and able to multi-task.
• Team player open to new ideas and collaboration; motivated to increase knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adheres to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per drawings.
• Implement dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Read and interpret G-code to understand part production.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Troubleshoot setup issues with minimal assistance and communicate problems up to management.
• Train other employees and work as part of a manufacturing team.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations every day.
