Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, seeks a CNC Operator in the Handles Department to produce quality parts that conform to engineering drawings. You will perform basic machine changeovers, set-ups, and accurately complete quality control documentation while collaborating with others to uphold good manufacturing practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform visual inspection with a microscope on small parts; detail oriented.
• Intermediate math skills related to geometry/trigonometry.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision; well organized and multi-tasking.
• Team player with willingness to learn and contribute.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Measures, inspects, loads/unloads parts from CNC machine.
• Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Perform basic set-ups and job changeovers.
• Change and touch off tooling; adjust part to print specs.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Communicate issues or inefficiencies promptly.
• Inspect product per drawings, traveler, work instructions and specs.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations daily.
