Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a member of Globus Medical Inc., is seeking a Grinding Operator to set up and operate grinding machines and ensure parts meet dimensional specs. You will perform inspections, document quality checks, and follow GMPs and SOPs to maintain high standards.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to read part drawings and process specifications. A valid high school diploma and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to perform visual inspection with the use of a microscope on small parts; strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-starter.
• Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Grinding machines.
• Measure, inspect, and load/unload parts.
• Implement dimensional adjustments as needed and as instructed.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Inspect products per drawings, traveler, work instructions, and process specs.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
