Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a CNC Operator to operate assigned CNC Swiss machines and produce parts that meet engineering drawings. You will perform changeovers, document quality inspections, and collaborate with teammates to uphold GMP and safety standards.

The role emphasizes precise measurement, tooling handling, and light programming edits to maintain part tolerances while following all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude are essential.
• Able to perform visual inspection with a microscope on small parts and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas are a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision, well organized and able to multitask.
• Team player with open attitude to new ideas and effective collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Measures and inspects parts, loads/unloads from the CNC Swiss machines.
• Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Breaks down and stores tooling specific to the job.
• Makes minor program edits for part size.
• Conducts basic machine changeovers.
• Completes quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Inspects product according to drawings, traveler, work instructions, and process specs.
• Adheres to SOPs, GMP, safety regulations and company policies.
