Job summary

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail, with the ability to read drawings and perform basic math for part sizing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to perform visual inspection with a microscope on small parts and maintain attention to detail.
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas are a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision, organized and able to multi-task.
• Team player with good communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Measures, inspects, loads/unloads parts from the machine.
• Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Breaks down and stores tooling specific to the job.
• Makes minor program edits for part size.
• Conducts basic machine changeovers.
• Completes quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Inspects product according to drawings, traveler, work instructions, and process specs.
• Follows SOPs and safety regulations daily.
• Upholds the company Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
