Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes in a machine shop.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and metrology.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code; troubleshooting programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal mills and lathes per drawings.
• Select, install, and adjust tooling; modify tooling as needed.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Develop and troubleshoot CNC programs to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and adjust offsets as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and report issues.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and goals.
