You will inspect parts with bench gauging, follow Standard Work, perform light preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while complying with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components.
• Inspect completed work with bench gauging to confirm parts meet specifications.
• Follow Standard Work—covering setup/operation, process verification, inspection, documentation, and material handling.
• Carry out light preventative maintenance to keep equipment reliable and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Immediately report safety violations, equipment misusage, or improperly performed work to your supervisor, and contribute input that may guide corrective action, including discipline.
• Work as a strong team player who maintains positive relationships with co‑workers.
• Engage in all safety and hazardous material handling/disposal practices per regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment that meets internal compliance standards.
• Use PPE (shoes, eyewear, gloves, masks, shields, and coats) if needed.
• Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations.
• Complete testing and adjustments of parts, as needed, to achieve final requirements.
• Identify and replace parts when necessary to sustain quality and throughput.
• Handle other tasks as required to support production.
