You will read engineering drawings, load fixtures, verify setups, and ensure on-time, defect-free parts.

You will monitor tool wear, perform in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers, document manufacturing data, and participate in continuous improvement focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and process documentation to ensure conformance to specs.
• Load materials, fixtures, and tooling; verify setup before production.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with calipers and micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and escalate tooling or quality concerns.
• Complete production records and inspection documentation accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
