AXILLON AEROSPACE is seeking a CNC Production Machine Operator for a temporary 4–6 month assignment in California. The role involves running standardized CNC machining operations, assisting with setup, testing and calibration under supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training or related field experience recommended.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in setting up complex production equipment and conducts tests, analyses and calibrates assemblies per procedures.
• Installs, maintains, repairs, rebuilds and operates lathes, milling machines, drill presses, etc.
• Diagnoses problems, disassembles and replaces worn parts and reassembles.
• Selects materials and plans machining operations on new or replacement parts.
• Reads and follows instructions from sketches, blueprints, drawings and manuals with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance; may work additional hours as needed.
