Job summary

AXILLON AEROSPACE in California is seeking a CNC Production Machine Operator to perform standardized machining operations and support production leadership with technical assistance.

You will set up equipment, test and calibrate assemblies, read blueprints, and adhere to safety protocols while meeting schedule demands. Salary range is $25 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years (or more) of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with semi-repetitive machining and setting up equipment.
• Ability to read sketches, blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Test, calibrate assemblies and ensure quality per specs.
• Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts and tools.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to produce parts.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain production standards.
• Attend to schedule and hours as needed.
