Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certificate or machining specialty preferred.
• Prior CNC/manual machining experience valued but entry-level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machines to fabricate or repair precision components.
• Analyze blueprints and work orders to determine setups and sequences.
• Apply GD&T to ensure product conformity.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and pi tapes to inspect parts to spec.
• Align fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate inspection records.
