Your Role

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our team in Trumbauersville, PA. Your responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills (including 2-4 axis and advanced 5+ axis models), and other machinery to produce high-quality components, supporting our commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components.
  2. Program machines using G-Code and M-Code.
  3. Manage machine setups efficiently for production runs.
  4. Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand specifications and tolerances.
  5. Perform shop math calculations for measurements and tolerances.
  6. Program and optimize machining processes using CAM software.
  7. Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure smooth operation.
  8. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in CNC machining in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Knowledge of CNC tooling, G-Code, and M-Code.
  3. Ability to set up machines for production efficiently.
  4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  5. Strong arithmetic skills for shop calculations.
  6. Basic skills in CAM software and general computer literacy.
  7. Familiarity with brands like Star, Tornos, DMG Mori, Miyano, Makino, Haas, and Brother is a plus.
  8. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Work Shifts & Rewards
  1. Multiple shifts available, including:
  2. 2nd shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with a 10% differential.
  3. 3rd shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, a 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hours plus a 10% differential.
