Job summary

StenTech USA is seeking a CNC Machining Technician to operate CNC machinery onsite in Hillsboro, OR. You will review traveler packets, load programs with minor edits, set tooling and offsets, and verify first pieces with calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet blueprints and quality standards.

You will also maintain equipment and coolant systems, keep work areas clean, and assist in saw and drill operations as needed, all while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic measurement comprehension.
• Basic understanding of G&M codes and blueprint interpretation.
• Hands-on ability with CNC equipment and precise measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely and precisely operate CNC machinery to meet production targets.
• Read blueprints and travelers, confirm instructions align with needs.
• Upload CNC programs and make minor edits as required.
• Set up tooling, adjust work and tool offsets for correct dimensions.
• Inspect finished components to blueprint and quality standards.
