Job summary
StenTech USA is seeking a Precision CNC Production Machinist for an onsite shift in Hillsboro, OR. You will review travelers and blueprints, load CNC programs, and make minor edits while dialing in tool offsets to achieve first-pass quality.
You will measure parts with calipers and micrometers, deburr and wash parts for assembly, and keep the workspace clean and safe through the shift. You must have a high school diploma with 3–6 months of related experience, and be proficient with measurement
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent and related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with CNC equipment.
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, machinist scales, and tape measures.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery safely and accurately to meet production requirements.
- Read blueprints and travelers; verify instructions align with requirements.
- Upload and edit CNC programs as needed; set up tooling and offsets.
- Inspect parts against blueprints and specs using measurement tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area; assist in sawyer area when needed.
