• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years CNC Turning experience.
• Completed certification in multiple manufacturing areas.
• Physical: must stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Read blueprints and establish tool offsets.
• Use inspection equipment to verify product quality.
• Train and support lower-level operators
