Leading Medical Manufacturing company is seeking a Machinist Assistant to support machinists in performing machining functions to meet stringent standards, ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements for high-quality products.

The role involves production tooling, set-up, run, and troubleshooting of screw machines, plus initial parts inspection and routine CNC maintenance. Candidates should have 5+ years CNC experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC screw machine experience.
• Experience with measuring devices and blueprints.
• cGMP and/or ISO experience preferred.
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Production tooling, grind all production tooling; edit CNC screw machine(s).
• Set-up, run, and troubleshoot screw machine(s) and all parts.
• Perform initial parts inspection/verification.
• Cleaning and maintenance of CNC machine(s).
