Job summary

Selectek is looking for a CNC Lathe Set up Machinist in Delavan, Wisconsin, responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes and Swiss screw machines to produce high precision components. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, speeds and feeds, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T concepts.
• Experience setting tools, adjusting offsets, and verifying part quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC lathes and Swiss machines using established programs.
• Perform complete machine setups including tooling installation and offsets.
• Conduct first article inspections and in-process checks.
