Job summary

Selectek is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Delavan, Wisconsin, to develop and optimize CNC machining processes using Swiss-type lathes and screw machines. This role includes programming with Mastercam, process documentation, and technical support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, experience with high-precision machining, and a strong continuous improvement mindset. The position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Swiss-type CNC lathes and CNC screw machines.
• Proficiency programming CNC machines using Mastercam.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize CNC Swiss-lathe and screw machine programs using Mastercam.
• Support program prove-out and optimization on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with design engineering on DFM during new product introduction.
