Premier Aerospace Group NY, LLC in East Aurora, NY is seeking an experienced CNC lathe machinist to program and set up production runs from blueprints and written work instructions. You will operate CNC and manual equipment to machine metal components to exact specs, interpreting drawings and GD&T while selecting tooling and optimizing speeds and feeds.

• Machining experience: 4+ years (required).
• CNC lathe programming from prints and instructions.
• Holding tight tolerances across multiple materials.
• Familiar with precision measurement and inspection practices.
• Strong documentation habits and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC lathes directly from blueprints and work instructions.
• Operate CNC and manual equipment to machine metal components to exact specs.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and part specifications to hold tight tolerances.
• Select tooling, set speeds/feeds, and optimize processes across materials.
• Use metrology tools for in-process and final inspection and document results.
