You’ll write and optimize G-code and Mazatrol programs, select tools, adjust offsets, and verify parts against prints. Strong attention to detail and teamwork with engineering and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Program, edit, and optimize CNC lathe routines (2-axis) using G-code and Mazatrol.
• Set up machines, adjust offsets, change tooling, and verify parts against print specifications.
• Utilize inspection tools to ensure accuracy and quality of machined components.

Responsibilities
