The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC setup and programming, with strong G code proficiency and the skills to operate various CNC Lathes. Responsibilities include programming, setting up machines, adhering to safety regulations, and conducting preventative maintenance. Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with CNC setup and programming.
• Ability to analyze job orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in programming gantry robots, bar feeders, and sub spindles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality machined parts by programming and setting up components.
• Write, store and retrieve programs for machined parts.
• Prioritize work orders for timely completion based on customer needs.
• Adhere to safety procedures to maintain safe operations.
• Complete preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Skills

G code proficiency

Programming and operating CNC Lathes

Competent with Mazak Mazatrol, Mazak Fusion, and Fanuc controls

Strong math skills

Able to read and interpret blueprints

Use of inspection equipment like micrometers and calipers
