Duramax Marine Manufacturing in Hiram, OH is seeking a hands-on CNC Lathe Operator. You will set up and run CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, and verify parts with micrometers and calipers to meet strict specifications.

You will monitor cycle times, document production data, and collaborate with teammates to improve efficiency while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and performing routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC training preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CNC Lathes and FANUC controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC lathes per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Observe machine performance and adjust tools and offsets to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to sustain uptime.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy using precision instruments.
• Record production data and communicate issues to the supervisor.
