Midwest Precision in Eastlake, Ohio is seeking experienced Senior CNC Operators with strong skills in CNC milling or CNC lathe operations. You will set up and run machines, read blueprints, install tooling, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

We value dependable, quality-focused machinists who can work independently in a fast-paced shop. Immediate openings on first and second shifts with competitive pay up to $35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Several years of CNC machining experience.
• Advanced experience operating CNC mills or CNC lathes.
• Setup experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
• Perform tool changes and machine offsets.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Verify parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Identify and correct machining or quality issues.
• Complete required production and inspection documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support and assist less-experienced operators as needed.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Midwest Precision is seeking experienced Senior CNC Operators with strong skills in either CNC milling or CNC lathe operations. We are looking for dependable, quality-focused machinists who can work independently in a fast-paced precision-manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Perform tool changes and machine offsets
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Verify parts meet dimensional and quality requirements
• Identify and correct machining or quality issues
• Complete required production and inspection documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support and assist less-experienced operators as needed
