Meador Manufacturing in Walton Hills, OH, is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our family-owned precision shop. You will set up, load programs, operate Haas lathes, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

You will read blueprints, measure parts, work with programmers and QA, keep tools in good condition, document production data, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace. This role offers a stable weekday schedule and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes to produce precision parts to spec.
• Load programs, install tooling, and set offsets.
• Monitor first-piece and in-process quality; make adjustments as needed.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and keep the machine running efficiently.
• Work with programmers, quality, and other operators to hit quality and delivery goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and accurate production documentation.

Meador Manufacturing

is a family-owned precision CNC machine shop in Walton Hills, Ohio. We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC lathes and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role is critical to ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet our stringent quality standards. The CNC Lathe Operator will work in a fast-paced factory environment and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Lathes.

Shift (floating schedule)

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – Noon (optional overtime)
• NO WEEKENDS

What you’ll do
