Always There Personnel in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist for 2nd shift to produce high-quality precision components in a fast-paced shop. You will read blueprints, set up machines, run lathes, and perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.

Overtime opportunities available. Competitive pay DOE, steady hours, and potential training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC lathe experience in a machine shop or production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical prints.
• Proficient with micrometers/calipers and performing in-process inspections.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC lathes in a high‑mix, moderate‑volume environment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, offsets, and tooling adjustments.
• Conduct in-process inspections and verify product quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain production efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and operate multiple machines when required.
