Job summary

Align Precision is seeking an experienced CNC / Lathe Machinist for our manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park, FL. This role requires reading drawings, understanding GD&T, selecting the right tooling and fixturing, and delivering high-precision components to specification.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or defense environments, and can work independently while contributing to process improvements through teamwork and disciplined

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with high-precision, aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes per established processes.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Select tooling and fixturing for materials.
• Perform in-process inspection and documentation.
• Enter production data into ERP and maintain 5S workspace.
