Qualifications

• 6+ years CNC machining experience
• Experience in high-precision aerospace/defense/medical/military environments valued
• Strong ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Independent, detail-oriented, ownership of projects

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes per process docs
• Interpret drawings and GD&T requirements
• Select tooling, workholding and fixturing
• Perform in-process inspections and document results
• Enter production data into ERP system
• Identify and address non-conformances and process improvements
