Job summary

An established manufacturer in Wilson, NC seeks a CNC Laser Cutter/Lathe Operator. This role involves operating laser cutting machines, monitoring production processes, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate should have previous machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and be detail-oriented. This is a direct hire or temp-to-hire position with a work schedule of Monday–Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous machining or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience using calipers and basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting machine to produce aluminum and metal parts.
• Monitor machine operation during cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform grinding and deburring to finish parts after machining.
