Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing CNC Shop in the Raleigh area who is hiring a CNC Laser Operator to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 7am-3:45pm Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing of components.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser machines according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to produce parts accurately.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC laser equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
