Job summary

CSJB Holdings, Inc. is seeking a production operator to run CNC laser cutting, horizontal bender and press brake equipment under minimal supervision.

You will manufacture, bend or cut metallic or non-metallic products while following safety and ISO procedures. The role requires reading blueprints, loading materials, setting machine parameters, inspecting tolerances with precision tools, and reporting issues to the Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
• Three years of experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CNC laser cutting machine and other machinery used in the production process, or assist other machine operators.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Properly and safely load and unload materials or parts.
• Troubleshoot minor program errors independently, with limited oversight.
• Use precision instruments to check tolerances and quality of parts.
• Comply with ISO requirements, safety procedures and manufacturing processes.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and free of trash and clutter.
