SendCutSend is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brakes for precision sheet metal parts. You will load, inspect, and finalize parts while adhering to LEAN/5S standards on a busy production floor.

You will work with team leads and supervisors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer specifications, with a focus on safety and quality in a high-demand environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read production drawings and flat patterns.
• Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls.
• Ability to read gauges and inspection tools.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brakes.
• Load material and unload finished parts from machines.
• Verify programs, tooling, and material prior to running jobs.
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and daily maintenance.
• Install punches, dies, and job tooling as required.
• Read 2D/3D drawings for proper setup.
• Measure parts to ensure dimensions meet specs.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily goals.
