L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Laser and Press Brake Operator/Fabricator at its Norfolk, VA location. The role focuses on sheet metal fabrication and mechanical assembly, operating CNC press brake and laser equipment, and interpreting drawings with precision.

Essential duties include setting up machines, fabricating parts, and troubleshooting basic issues. A high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience is required, with 2-6 years in relevant areas and 3+

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years' experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with 2+ years related experience.
• 2-6 years' experience with precision sheet metal incl. flat layouts, bend deductions, tooling.
• 2-6 years' experience in fabricating, fitting and assembling precision parts per drawings.
• Minimum 3 years CNC Press brake/laser operation in manufacturing (5 years preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake and laser equipment.
• Interpret drawings and work packages with precision and tolerance awareness.
• Measure precision parts using calibrated instruments.
• Fabricate new parts or repair existing ones per processes.
• Troubleshoot minor programming and mechanical issues.
