Specialty Building Products is seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate CNC-type equipment and other automated machinery for door unit assembly, doubles, patios, and related components. The role requires reading work orders and ensuring assembly accuracy, with duties including tool use, preventive maintenance, and quality adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a CNC-type machine or other automated machinery for production.
• Must be able to read tape measure.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; use whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Read and understand English; reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC-type machine or other automated machinery for production in the assembly door units.
• Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly.
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality.
• Use power tools for special door prep.
• Provide preventive maintenance and routine checks.
