Builders' General in New Jersey seeks a reliable production team member for our door shop. You will assist in gathering components, cut to size, machine to spec, and assemble interior door units for finished products.

Operating on a production line with a team, you will use basic pneumatic and hand tools, read a tape measure, and help with shipping prep. Safety, speed, and accuracy are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in door manufacturing facilities is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic pneumatic tools, hand tools, light carpentry.
• Ability to read a tape measure is essential.
• Capable of standing 8–12 hours per day and lifting 50 lbs.
• Teamwork and high attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Work on a production line within a team concept.
• Machining and assemble interior single and twin door units.
• Cross training for competency in specific production processes.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain machines and tools on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean/safe work area at all times.
• Conduct quality control on finished products.
