Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an Inspector Tech: CMM Operator in Ogden, UT, to conduct complex inspections and calibrations with minimal guidance. You will determine acceptance, document results, and support calibration history while adhering to specifications and military standards.

This role requires five years of inspection experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and proficiency in reading blueprints. Expect to work swing shifts and be part of a team dedicated to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years related inspection experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
• Knowledge of applicable military standards or specifications.
• Required experience in CMM operations, background in dimensioning and tolerancing per ANSI Y 14.5.

Responsibilities

• Inspect complex parts using a wide variety of measuring and test equipment.
• Adapt inspection set-ups for sample parts, forgings and castings; check tool/jig layouts.
• Perform first article and envelope inspections, source inspections and complex surface plate set-ups.
