Job summary

ASML Wilton, CT seeks a hands-on technician to accurately manufacture ASML products in a clean room, following established specifications. You will contribute to product and process improvements and ensure quality guarantees.

The role covers production from assembly through testing, involvement with new products and pilot runs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and experience in mechanical assembly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent education experience.
• 3+ years of Mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience required.
• Lean Manufacturing Training preferred.
• Strong analytical skills–capable of translating requirements into executable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Quality: produce products in accordance with established specifications and observe/solve problems.
• Production: manufacture and deliver high-level, complex systems; oversee end-to-end process.
• New products: contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production; update TPD and processes.
• Skills: acquire knowledge of products and processes; pass on expertise.
• Teamwork: support good teamwork and implement departmental tasks.
• Planning: coordinate activities in the production plan and monitor resources.
