ASML US seeks a highly skilled technician to manufacture and supply ASML products in a clean room environment, following strict specifications. You will guide improvements, oversee from assembly to test, and work on new products and process enhancements with a lean mindset.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience.
• 5+ years in a technical assembly environment preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing Training (Intro to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; translate requirements into executable schedule.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding environment with changing workloads.
• Strong computer skills – SAP and Office; SPC programs a plus.
• At least 4 months ASML experience as a Technician 4.

Responsabilidades

• Produce products in accordance with established specifications and improve processes.
• Oversee production from assembly through test and guide problem-solving.
• Contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production.
• Develop and improve TPD, processes, and records; assess impact of new procedures.
• Pass on relevant expertise and train others.
• Support cross-functional group collaboration and continuous improvements.
