Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Lean Manufacturing Training preferred.
• Strong analytical skills capable of translating requirements into executable schedule.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a clean room environment and working with assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment with required protective gear.
• Manufacture and deliver high level, complex systems according to procedures.
• Contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production; develop TPD and processes.
• Pass on relevant expertise and train others; support process improvements and testing.
