Job summary

Adecco is seeking Assemblers in Plymouth, MA. This temp-to-perm role offers multiple shifts and a pay range of $17–$25 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Shifts include 1st (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), 2nd (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), and 3rd (11:00 PM–7:30 AM).

You will assemble small parts, perform quality checks, and follow GMP/cleanroom protocols while recording production data. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401K and other voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a sterile cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Build equipment by assembling small parts using hand tools, microscopes or automated machinery.
• Inspect finished work for safety and proper function.
• Follow GMP and cleanroom gowning protocols.
• Record production numbers, lot history and test results.
