Job summary

Adecco, partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Farmington, NH area, is hiring Assemblers for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. Pay rate is $20/hour. Hours: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.

As an assembler you will mechanically and electro-mechanically assemble components, read BOMs and drawings, use hand and power tools, and ensure quality, safety, and documentation throughout the build process. 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop setting.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in assembly processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and final products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment to assemble parts to exact specifications.
• Follow established assembly sequences, safety protocols, and quality guidelines to produce high-quality, consistent output.
• Identify, report, and correct basic assembly errors or material discrepancies during the build process.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material (BOMs), and work orders to determine required components and assembly steps.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes.
