Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operator I/Medical Assembler in Plymouth, MN to join a leading medical device manufacturing organization. On 1st shift, 5am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday with overtime and $18.75 per hour.

Temp-to-hire position offering meaningful work in a cleanroom environment. You will assemble and test devices such as pacemakers and related components, use a microscope daily, maintain precise documentation, and follow procedures to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components.
• Use microscope on a daily basis.
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements.
