Job summary

Adecco Staffing is seeking Assemblers for a manufacturing plant in Boxborough, MA. This is a temp-to-hire position on the 1st shift with a pay rate of $19.00/hr to $20.70/hr, offering a benefits package and overtime as needed.

The role requires reading bills of materials, using hand tools and welders, and maintaining high quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Follow verbal procedures and interpret bill of materials.
• Use mechanical hand tools and manufacturing equipment as described.
• Drive to understand and execute processes after initial trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product of assigned cells with some supervision.
• Follow instructions on assigned manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail to maintain a low defect rate.
• All other duties as assigned.
