Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or clean room experience preferred.
• Experience in GMP environments strongly preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and SOPs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and SOPs to assemble components or finished products.
• Adhere to clean room gowning protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
• Perform cleaning of parts using approved solvents per procedure.
• Handle parts using cleanroom-approved techniques to prevent contamination or damage.
• Conduct visual inspections and particle-sensitive evaluations for quality compliance.
• Package finished products using cleanroom-approved materials and double-bagging when required.
• Perform basic functional testing to verify product quality and conformance.
• Record production data and inventory according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper workspace layout.
• Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies to supervision.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety standards.
• Report environmental risks or hazards promptly.
• Track and inventory tools and supplies; notify when replenishment is needed.
