Job summary

Techneeds LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler to join a precision manufacturing environment. You will assemble bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding, following strict cleanroom protocols.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year assembly experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong fine motor skills; cleanroom experience or medical device assembly is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year assembly experience required.

Job description

Our client is looking for a Cleanroom Assembler to join a manufacturing environment focused on precision assembly and component production. This role involves assembling bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding techniques. You will be responsible for reading simple blueprints and assembly diagrams, working with medical-grade materials, and maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards in a cleanroom setting. To be sucessfull in this position, you’ll need excellent fine motor skills, strong verbal communication, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions both verbally and in writing. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly experience, preferably with medical device assembly, or familiarity with cleanroom procedures and line-based manufacturing.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• 1+ year Assembly experience
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and assembly procedures
