Job summary

VDL USA Holding Inc is seeking a Clean Room Assembler to assemble metal products in a controlled clean room. You will read blueprints and technical docs, handle delicate parts, and follow SOPs to ensure contamination-free production while maintaining high quality standards and compliance with GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include following detailed instructions, gowning in sterile attire, inspecting parts, and recording data.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
• Experience working in a clean room or regulated environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and SOPs to assemble components, subassemblies, or finished products.
• Adhere to clean room gowning protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
• Perform cleaning of parts using approved solvents and proper methods per procedure.
• Handle parts using cleanroom-approved techniques to prevent contamination.
• Record production data, inspections, and inventory per company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper tool tracking.
