Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience in a chemical or related field.
• Experience in a maintenance role for a manufacturing or related operation.
• Basic chemistry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment to manufacture product safely and timely.
• Read bill of materials and formulas, adding correct materials in sequence.
• Prepare neat, accurate operation records and complete quality tests.
• Maintain QSHE housekeeping and a clean, safe work environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist process improvements.
• Coordinate packaging for next production step or final shipment.
