Absolute Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our team. You will accurately reconcile pharmacy payments against receivables, research unpaid or short-paid claims, and ensure payments are posted and balanced.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Word/Excel and experience with Sage and NetRx billing systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and post accounts receivable receipts.
• Apply debits and credits to accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Balance daily cash.
• Post cash from various payers and reimbursements.
• Assist with other cash application and billing-related duties as needed.
