Job summary

Absolute Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Ohio.

You will post accounts receivable receipts, apply debits/credits, and research payment discrepancies to ensure balanced cash and accurate records. You’ll work with Sage and NetRx billing systems, handle copayments, and coordinate with payer reimbursements while maintaining confidentiality and delivering reliable financial information.

Responsibilities

• Enter and post accounts receivable receipts
• Apply debits and credits to accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Balance daily cash
• Research copayments and reimbursement issues
• Track deposits
• Maintain accurate filing and records
• Process margin reimbursement
• Post cash from various payers
• Print and balance reimbursement reports
• Process refunds
• Import remittance advice
• Complete third-party reconciliations
• Assist with other cash application and billing duties as needed
