Qualifications

• Basic weights and measurement skills; ability to operate a scale.
• Ability to focus on task for long periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter; flexible to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Prior trimming experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently.
• Must have a good attitude and work well in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants quickly and efficiently to produce quality product.
• Trim flower by hand and/or using trimming, sorting and packaging equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Sit or stand for long periods while focusing on detail-oriented trimming and post-trim upkeep.
• Track unusable waste and usable by-products for each plant/batch.
• Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements and math.
• Maintain open communication with management and coworkers.
• Follow all SOPs, directives, training information and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Team Lead.
