Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities within the cultivation department. This role focuses on preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction with careful, expert handling of cannabis plants.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to follow safety and compliance regulations in a heavily regulated industry, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; degree or certifications preferred.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Cannabis industry experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process including harvesting plants, sanitizing rooms, reloading spaces, and handling materials and cannabis waste.
• Properly drying wet cannabis plants.
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials.
• Follow all SOPs, directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
